I acknowledge that I have no financial interest, ownership, or claim to any products, services, or intellectual property of nudge social. My participation does not entitle me to payment, royalties, or proprietary rights.
Release and Waiver
I release and hold harmless nudge social, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of my content, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
Voluntary Participation
I confirm that my participation is voluntary, and I have not been coerced to provide this consent. I understand there is no financial compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
